This is the phase where I truly step in as your coach.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ve all had moments where we got excited, started something new, and then hit a wall because we didn’t have a strategy. When you have a plan, you don’t just burn bright for a moment\u2014you actually Shine<\/b> consistently.<\/p>\n The “How”:<\/b> We take those big, overwhelming goals and break them down into steps that actually make sense.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Neutral Accountability:<\/b> I\u2019m that third party we talked about\u2014the one who is going to hold you to your word without the “baggage” of personal history.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The 5-Second Start:<\/b> We don’t overthink. We use tools to move from “thinking about it” to “doing it” in five seconds flat. (More on that in a moment!)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Sustainability:<\/b> We aren’t looking for a quick fix. We are building habits that allow you to shine for the long haul.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n I\u2019m not just giving you a to-do list. I\u2019m giving you a strategy<\/b> based on the work I\u2019ve done myself to get free.
